SPRING SALAD – ASPARAGUS + GREEN GOODNESS

SALAD INGREDIENTS

▪ 1 bunch asparagus, chopped into 1-inch items
▪ Just a few handfuls of child arugula or most popular salad greens
▪ 2 radishes, thinly sliced
▪ 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
▪ 4-5 contemporary strawberries, thinly sliced
▪ ¼ cup chopped, toasted pistachios (or different nuts of selection)
▪ ½ cup chopped white onion
▪ Recent herbs (dill weed, chives, or herbs of selection)
▪ Sea salt and freshly floor pepper

DRESSING INGREDIENTS

▪ ¼ cup contemporary chopped dill
▪ 1 small garlic clove chopped
▪ 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
▪ 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (extra if desired)
▪ ¼ teaspoon sea salt
▪ ¼ teaspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. ASPARAGUS:
