UES Condo Tops Manhattan Luxury Contracts’ March Open

The second priciest residence to enter into contract was 47A at 157 West 57th Road. The three,228-square-foot condominium was asking $14.4 million, decreased from $17 million when it was listed by the sponsor in 2013. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condominium features a front room and first bed room with views of Central Park.

The 90-story, 90-unit constructing was designed by architect Christian de Portzamparc with interiors by Thomas Juul-Hansen. The condominium is above the Park Hyatt Resort and has a separate entrance for its 210 rooms. Facilities embrace lodge providers, a health heart, pool, non-public eating, a library lounge, efficiency house and storage.
