Step 2: Leaping jacks 1 entire minute
Step 3: Chill operating 1 entire minute
Step 4: Squats 30 secs
Step 5: Lunges 30 sec
Repeat Step 4 and Step 5 30 secs every
Now you’re actually out of breath, proper?
Step 6: Go right down to squat place and maintain that pose for 1 entire minute
(This can kill you…. Don’t surrender it’s only a minute and every part will likely be alright after this)
Step 7: Lie down, begin crunches for 1 entire minute
Step 8: Decrease abs for 30 secs
Repeat Steps 7 and Step 8 once more crunches for a minute and decrease abs 30 secs.
