3 Face Yoga Exercises for Anti-Aging

1. Brow Firmer

This anti-aging Face Yoga method will work the brow space, particularly the occipitofrontalis muscle.

Let’s attempt it:

  • Place your index finger under your hairline
  • Place the thumb above your eyebrows
  • Gently transfer your index and thumb away from one another, smoothing any brow traces (so your pores and skin feels agency)
  • Hold your pores and skin agency as you raise your eyebrows up towards your index finger
  • Repeat 4 instances, lifting and releasing your eyebrow raise
  • In your fifth spherical, maintain for a rely of 5 seconds
