On this episode of Vitamin within the Kitchen we’ll go over the best way to make a Butternut and Pink Lentil Soup. It is a crockpot recipe for butternut squash and pink lentil soup. Prep will take about quarter-hour and might want to cook dinner for 4 hours in your crock pot.
The elements you will want are:
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1 /2 T Butter
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2tsp thyme
- 1-2 Bay leaves
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 massive diced onion
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 cup of pink lintels
- 2 lbs unseeded butternut squash chuncked
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups broth
