“I exploit Healthy Mummy Smoothies and have for about 4 years now on and off. However for the previous three months, I’ve been religiously having one for breakfast each single day!
My favorite flavour is Vanilla, to which I add banana, almond milk, peanut butter and ice, typically chia seeds or oats and possibly some spinach… I used to be keen on salted caramel and sneaky snickers a few years in the past although.
So good! I’m a little bit of a Healthy Mummy Smoothie hoarder tbh, I’ve the Vanilla and Espresso Tummy smoothie powder, choc fudge, chocolate, caramel, banana, I even had some raspberry ripple up till just lately. Vanilla is my go-to! I like it!
I need to add that I’ve been a pescatarian/vegetarian because the age of 19, I’d most likely eat seafood as soon as per week for dinner, and tuna with lunch round 3× per week for lunch.”
