‘A non scale victory I achieved was finishing the Qualification as a NSW SES Flood Rescue Volunteer- a gruelling full day course IN the Swiftwater at Penrith.
‘I failed to finish the course 1&1/2 years in the past however I “Wholesome Mummy” smashed it this time round.
‘Mentally – I’ve extra confidence with something life throws at me I’ve learnt to imagine in myself.’
Don’t fall for these “fad” diets. I’ve failed so many occasions with the “fast weight reduction diets” as you don’t be taught a brand new way of life. I’m now a Platinum Lifetime Member so I can pop again if I ever begin gaining and re-set = success.
Helen’s Typical Day on a Plate
Breakfast – Premium Double Choc Smoothie or Scrambled eggs with Spinach on Toast & Cup of Tea.
Morning Tea – A Wholesome Mummy snack – often a Muffin or Cookie from the meal plan and I begin my first 1 Litre of water.
Lunch – A smoothie recipe, an app sandwich or soup – extra water.
Afternoon Tea – A Wholesome Mummy snack as with morning tea and I begin my second Litre of water.
