- Apple cider vinegar: ½ cup

- Parsley chopped: ¼ cup
- Onion, thinly sliced(elective): ½ cup
Technique
- Put the greens in a bowl.
- Whisk water, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil collectively.
- Pour the liquid combine over the greens and mix.
- Hold it within the fridge for at least 2- 3 hours, and drain it with just some tablespoons of the remaining liquid.
- Add the herbs. Serve and revel in!
