Night Snack
A cup of tea. It may be inexperienced, natural or regular any you want to take. Have 4 almonds or one walnut with tea.
Dinner
A cup of spinach soup or another soup made at dwelling. Please don’t pressure away the fiber, as it’s going to preserve you full. A plate of steamed greens like slices of carrots, cauliflower, added to chopped tomato purple and yellow peppers and capsicum.
