  • 1 cup oats
  • 1½ cups non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Truvia sweetener or different sweetener (to style)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chai spices (a mixture of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and pepper)

Mix all elements in a jar or bowl, mixing nicely. To forestall the chia seeds from clumping, stir a few instances throughout the first 10 minutes after combining the elements. Place the jar or bowl within the fridge for a number of hours or in a single day. Stir earlier than serving.
