Lunch is fast, possibly 20 minutes, after which I am again into the workplace. For the subsequent two hours, I am targeted on work with out distraction. Midafternoon is a good break time, although. Round 3 p.m., I am going to take one other stroll outdoors with my canine and stretch. I attempt to get just a little afternoon sunshine on my face and drink loads of water.
After one other brief work session, I sign off and barely log again on. In reality, I actually do not set foot in my workplace the remainder of the night except there’s one thing urgent and strange.
