The Most Common Fitness Mistakes People Make

The difficulty is that bodily health is a way of life, and it requires gradual variations, a sustainable strategy and a tolerance for delayed gratification. A lot of the journey is uncomfortable and unglamorous, and progress can really feel agonizingly gradual. However as I see time and time once more within the marathoning world I inhabit, the athletes that spend years paying their dues, slowly chipping away at their objectives and clinging to the assumption that their time is coming, are those whose careers each final the longest and shine the brightest.
